Estimated delivery time

For orders within Scandinavia: 1 - 3 business days. For orders to rest of Europe & worldwide: 2 - 7 business days.

 

Postnord

We offer home delivery or service point delivery with PostNord within Scandinavia. If you choose home delivery, you will receive a notification when your order is shipped via email, SMS or the PostNord App where you can choose the delivery day and time. If you choose shipping to your local service point, you will receive a delivery notification via email, SMS or the PostNord App when your package is ready to be collected. All international orders are sent via Registered Mail (tracking details) by Postnord. 

 

Pick up in store

Your order will be ready to pick up in Smedjan at Smedjegatan 22 in Malmö Choose the shipping method "Pickup in store" in checkout.

 

You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pick up. When picking up your package in Smedjan, please bring your ID. If you are picking up a package for someone else, please bring your ID and the person who has ordered the package's ID.
