Return policy 

If you for any reason would like to return your jewellery, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your package. Simply select your return reason from the Return Form included in your parcel and include it with your returned item. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused, undamaged with the accompanied jewelry/object box. All labels must remain attached to the product. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for order that’s made to order or customized. If you have any concerns, please contact us at info@juntamalmo.se.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange one item for another, please return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

 

Postnord

As your chosen carrier, PostNord has included a return label with your order. Simply place this on the package including your jewelery and leave it at your nearest PostNord service point. Please contact us to get a new return label if you do not have one.

 

Pick up in store

You are welcome to come by our store at Smedjegatan 22 to return your order. If you want to ship the order back to us please get in contact with us via email or instagram and we will send you a return label and instruction how to proceed.

Courses

Right of withdrawal and cancellation policy

 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to distansavtalslagen from the time of purchase. If you want to cancel the course after the right of withdrawal has expired, you must cancel the course three weeks before the start of the course. After this deadline, half the fee will be charged. If you cancel after the start of the course or do not show up, you will be invoiced for the full course fee. Cancellation must be made in writing and sent to info@juntamalmo.se

 

Your course place can be transferred, in which case let us know who will take the course in your place before the start of the course.

Refund of the course fee is made automatically through the payment method you have chosen. Depending on how you have paid, there may be a certain delay before you see the money in your account again.

We reserve the right to cancel a course if we have fewer than 2 participants. In the event of a cancelled course, the course fee will be refunded within 7 calendar days or rebooked to the next available course, depending on what the course participant wishes.
